Governor Mark Dayton will lead a trade mission to Mexico Aug. 9 to 14, with a focus on strengthening business, education and cultural ties with Minnesota's second-largest export market and the world's 15th-largest economy. The trade mission will promote Minnesota exports and key industries, and help Minnesota companies establish and build relationships with potential buyers, distributors and partners.
The Governor will also showcase the opportunities and market advantages that exist in Minnesota for Mexican companies looking to expand their operations in the United States. The official delegation, which will include business executives, as well as leaders from educational and cultural institutions, will visit Mexico City and Guadalajara.
