Where Leaders
Find Their Flow

Minnesota Young American Leaders Program (MYALP)
Once a year, young professionals in the Greater St. Cloud community with an interest in community leadership are invited to apply for MYALP, an immersive, multi-day experience hosted at the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. The program brings together emerging leaders from across the state to explore real-world case studies, hear from state and national leaders, and gain practical tools for cross-sector collaboration.
About the Partnership
MYALP is part of Harvard Business School’s national leadership initiative. Since 2019, Greater St. Cloud has partnered with statewide organizations to select 6–10 emerging leaders annually.
Meet Our 2025 Cohort
In 2025, we welcomed six aspiring young professionals into the MYALP program, joining leaders from across the state at the University of Minnesota campus to gather, grow, and gain tools for values-based leadership and meaningful impact.
