Jennie Weber is the Operations and Program Coordinator for StageWorks and the heart behind the StageWorks Entrepreneur Hub in downtown St. Cloud. She thrives on helping entrepreneurs turn big ideas into real momentum and loves being part of the wins—big and small.
From programs to pop-ups to community gatherings, Jennie brings energy, organization, and creativity to everything she does. A longtime leader and mentor, she has spent nearly a decade as a Head Coach with the Sauk Rapids–Rice Dance Team, where she champions teamwork, growth, and showing up #StormStrong.
Outside of StageWorks, Jennie spends time with her husband, Ben, and their kids, Jadyn, Carson, and Austin—cheering from the sidelines, relaxing on the patio, or dreaming up her next home redesign. She’s left-handed (and perpetually defeated by right-handed scissors), fueled by Starbucks, and a self-proclaimed reality TV and documentary junkie.
Jennie loves redesigning residential spaces and is convinced she and Ben would crush the house-flipping game—she brings the vision, he brings the skill (he disagrees). And if there’s one thing she loves almost as much as her community, it’s Christmas, her favorite holiday.
