St. Cloud Shines has built a strong foundation of regional storytelling, celebrating the people and places that make Greater St. Cloud stand out.  As the region changes, our storytelling must evolve with it. We’re seeking proposals for updated storytelling, short-form video, content management, or a full creative vision for what’s next.
