Our initial experience with JobSpot has been great. We had a position posted but also utilized the search feature to look up job seekers. This search feature was great as we were able to find local candidates that were actively looking for a change. When reaching out to these candidates they were very receptive to meeting with us to discuss our opportunity!! We will definitely utilize the search feature down the road as it resulted in two great hires.
