INVESTOR FEATURE: MCDOWALL IS LEADER IN INDOOR AIR QUALITY

The McDowall family’s legacy in construction has spanned five generations, beginning as an Illinois roofing company in 1895 and before starting their St. Cloud operations in 1948. They’re now located in Waite Park. The company has grown to 150 employees in the Greater St. Cloud, New Hope and upper Midwest regions by mastering building owners’ needs for heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

As the past two years have demonstrated, the HVAC industry is essential to keeping all safe at home and at work. When the business community was blindsided by the pandemic, there were more questions than answers for commercial spaces as to how to remain safe when out of our homes. Between the recommendations from health organizations and industry experts, there is a myriad of options presented when it comes to Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).

Determining the best IAQ solutions for individual spaces along with ensuring the confidence, safety of employees and customers has become more important than ever, directing McDowall Company to quickly become a leader in IAQ. Since March 2020, McDowall has helped many commercial businesses and institutions to ensure they are bringing the proper amount of fresh air into their work environments, providing the proper amount of air exchanges, offering additional options like needlepoint bi-polar ionization and constant air quality measurement.

McDowall’s concentration on building safety doesn’t stop with the HVAC equipment. McDowall strives to lead with innovative roofing products, roofing repair, sheet metal services, and architectural exteriors. https://www.linkedin.com/company/mcdowall-company/
