Park Industries will receive the Summit Innovation award on October 8th, presented by Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation.
The event will be held at Rivers Edge Convention Center from 7:30 am – 1:00 pm. The award Park will receive is for the innovation on their FUSION® 4245 SL CNC Saw/ Waterjet, which will be showcased by Park at the event.
In addition to the award and event in the morning, Park Industries will be hosting an open house/job fair event at their 6301 building later in the day.
Each October, manufacturers across the state open their doors to provide students, parents, and the public the chance to learn about modern manufacturing. Tour attendees have the chance to see how STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) skills are put into practice every day in modern manufacturing.
The event is from 5:00-8:00 pm and is complete with machine demonstrations, tours, and on-site interviews for interested applicants. This event is intended to give those interested a little more of an idea of what is made and the innovation that occurs at Park.
Park Industries is currently looking for qualified candidates to become part of the innovation and have multiple job openings.
