Talent Summit 2014 was an inaugural event focused on connecting Students from area education institutions with Employers.
Our theme centered around the main focuses of: Discover, Network and Learn
The ½ day free event was filled with energizing guest speakers including Judy Zimmer, Brian Myres and Luke Greiner along with 4 breakout sessions highlighting the following topics:
- Why I Chose St. Cloud!
- Internships: Everything Students and Employers Need to Know
- Beyond the Welcome: Retaining your Talent
- Social Media: Effectively Marketing your Business and Personal Brand
- Generations: Meeting the Cross Generational Gap
Networking connections were initiated between students and employers. Area colleges partnered with employers to highlight their job opportunities available while walking away with ideas on how to grow the awareness of the many exciting career opportunities right here in Greater St. Cloud!!
